By submitting this credit application, you (“you”, “the applicant”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Accuracy of information
   You confirm that all information provided in this application is true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You understand that providing false or misleading information may result in your application being declined or any approved financing being cancelled.

2. Use of your information
   You authorize R.A.M.P. Finance Consulting Ltd. (“R.A.M.P. Finance”, “we”, “us”) to use the information in this application, and any additional information you provide, for the purpose of:

   • Reviewing and processing your credit application

   • Verifying your identity, employment, income, and other details

   • Matching you with lenders and financing options

3. Credit checks and sharing with lenders
   You authorize R.A.M.P. Finance and its lending partners to:

   • Obtain your credit report and credit score from one or more credit reporting agencies

   • Exchange information about you with credit reporting agencies, lenders, and other financial institutions as needed to assess your application and manage any resulting credit

4. No guarantee of approval
   You understand that submitting this application does not guarantee approval for financing. Any approval, rate, term, or amount will depend on the policies of the lender(s), your credit profile, and other factors.

5. Joint applications (if applicable)
   If this is a joint application, each applicant:

   • Consents to these Terms & Conditions

   • Is separately and fully responsible for any amounts owing under any approved financing

6. Electronic communication
   You agree that R.A.M.P. Finance and/or its lending partners may contact you by phone, email, or other electronic means using the contact information you have provided, in connection with this application and any related services.

7. Changes to these terms
   R.A.M.P. Finance may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time you submit your application will apply to that application.
